Beginner Kombucha

Thursday July 17 Beginner Kombucha 6-8 pm
Join Bubbles and Basil (Trevor & Sarah) for a class in the art of home-brewing KOMBUCHA! Each attendee will create their own kombucha to take home and flavor a second bottle to taste. Along with 2 hour instruction you will receive a home brewing kit that includes:
1 gallon jar with attached thermometer (Kombucha to finish at home)
1 16 oz bottle of flavored Kombucha
1 SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast)
Cheesecloth and tea bag
Students will gain the skills and confidence to brew safe, delicious kombucha at home, including both the primary and secondary fermentation processes. $85.00 per person.
