One dough. Two ways. A whole new way to use your sourdough DISCARD! In this hands-on class, we will make one easy sourdough discard dough and turn it into 2 completely different creations. Sweet: Cinnamon Sugar Rolls with Maple Icing. Savory: Ham and Sharp Cheddar Rolls with Whole-Grain Honey Mustard. You will work in pairs to make the dough, prepare the fillings, and learn how to roll,shape and cut both versions.
Each student leaves with 6 rolls ready to bake at home, recipes, and a take-home baking kit. Limited to just 8 students.
